Forrest Insurance Agency
is a full-service insurance agency first established by William L. Forrest in order to serve the greater Springfield area in 1963.
His sons, Larry and Michael Forrest, continue the tradition of integrity and personal service begun by their father.
Forrest Insurance Agency has endeavored to be large enough to attract the very best, competitive insurance companies for our clients, while being small enough to know our clients by name.
If you believe that the world is becoming too impersonal and busy -- cold, even -- we agree. We view insurance as a very personal business that cannot be properly taken care of by a faceless person at a warehouse-sized call center hundreds...or thousands...of miles away.
Understandably, most people don't want to deal with a complete stranger in the midst of a crisis. They want to see a familiar face, hear a trusted voice-- someone who knows them and can help.
We consider our clients valued individuals -- even friends--not merely numbers.
Of course, if you prefer to be a number, we'll still certainly be glad to serve you. But we'd rather get to know you, because we can serve you better in that way.
And we think it also makes life a bit more meaningful and pleasant for all of us in the process.
